What a lovely spring day it’s been.  Cool, and partly sunny, so it’s not too hot to make dinner for my family.

The great thing about being retired is this:  Sunday night and I don’t have to worry about getting up early tomorrow, and what I’ll do when I do get up. 

As Henry Ford said, (I paraphrase)  Wealth is not money, wealth is the power of choosing your options for yourself.   It’s the ability to use your time however YOU want to.

That’s why being retired is like being rich without the money, as I say.  For the first time in your life, you can decide what you want to do and when.  And act accordingly!

So that’s what I’ll be writing about–how I spend my time now that I have pretty much of it.
